Remove an exclusion
Stop excluding a company
DELETE
Removes one exclusion, by its Clustr ID from List excluded companies.
Everything the exclusion hid was kept, so it is visible again on the next request, and
the next import may enrich the company again.

The exclusion's Clustr ID (exco_…), from List excluded companies. The id from earlier
responses also works.
