DELETE
This removes the tag from every account carrying it, and cannot be undone.To clear the tags on ONE account instead, send an empty list to Set An Account’s Tags. That is a different act and it is reversible.
Check how many accounts are affected first: GET /account-tags?with_counts=true returns an account_count per tag.
