# Target people

> List the people you want to reach and see the warm intros to each of them

Target accounts are the companies you are trying to reach. Target people are the
people: the buyer on an open deal, the champion you need to meet, the two
hundred prospects of a campaign. Add them by their LinkedIn profile, and Clustr
shows the warm intros to each one, so the intro you ask for reaches the person
you actually want and not someone else at the company.

## Add target people

Open **Targeting > Target people** and click **Add**. Paste LinkedIn profile URLs,
one per line, or drop a CSV with a column of them. You can add up to 1,000
people at a time and keep up to 5,000 on the list. A line that is not a LinkedIn
profile is skipped and listed after the import, and a person already on the list
is not added twice.

To add one person, open them anywhere in Clustr and click **Mark as target**.

## See the intros to each person

The list shows every target person with their title and company, how many warm
intros you have to them, and the connector of the strongest one. People with no
intro yet stay on the list, so you can see who is still out of reach.

Click **View intros** to open Warm intros on the **Target people** view, which
shows only the intros to the people on your list, with every other filter and
column of Warm intros.

## Find intros to people you cannot reach yet

**Find intros** researches the companies of the people who have no intro yet,
starting from those people, and adds the intros it finds to Warm intros. It runs
one account research per company and tells you how many before it starts.
A person whose current company we do not know yet cannot be researched this way.

## From the API and MCP

The MCP tools `list_target_people`, `add_target_people` and
`delete_target_person` read and change the same list. `add_target_people` takes
LinkedIn profile URLs, and `list_target_people` answers each person's
`intro_count` and `best_intro`.
