# Resolve LinkedIn Company

> Turn a LinkedIn company URL or name into one company

Resolve a LinkedIn company URL, vanity name or numeric id to one company. The answer carries
the `numericId` and `universalName` that [Register Competitor](https://docs.clustr-ai.com/api-reference/register-competitor.md)
takes as `linkedin_numeric_id` and `linkedin_vanity_name`.

>
> Cached for a week and rate-limited per workspace (`429` when you go over). A query no
> LinkedIn company page answers to returns `404 COMPANY_NOT_FOUND`.
