# Add excluded titles

> Hide people by job title or headline

Adds one or more [excluded titles](https://docs.clustr-ai.com/buyer-titles.md). Titles are trimmed, and a
title already on the list is skipped. Matching people are hidden within seconds,
including people already imported. They stay in your workspace: remove the title
and they come back.

## Errors

| Status | Code | When |
| - | - | - |
| 400 | `BAD_REQUEST` | `keywords` is missing or holds no non-empty title, or the list would pass 1,000 titles |

```bash cURL theme={null}
curl -X POST https://api.clustr-ai.com/api/public/excluded-titles \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"keywords": ["Recruiter", "Intern"]}'
```

```json 201 theme={null}
{
  "success": true,
  "data": { "inserted": 2, "total": 2 }
}
```
